I had my EDGE for a couple of months now and its been working properly but just recently the game I was playing froze suddenly so I just turned the system off. Afterwards whenever I start the DS, the EDGE card just gets stuck at the booting.... screen.
I already downloaded the latest EDGE OS v1.7 but still its still stuck at the booting..... screen. What's the problem with my card?

ok I'll try reformatting it. But im not too well versed in reformatting sd cards. I'd really appreciate it if you would please give some instructions

thanks the steps are clear and everything is following along well but when I initiate the formatting sequence I face the message, "The Memory Card is protected. Please release the write protect switch." How do I get over this problem?

also please note that Im using the usb device given with the edge package to read the SD card. Does my problem stem from this? Will I be needing an actual memory card reader?

When use, you must use a USB device: import and export and edge reads the SD card. My question is whether originates from here? I need a real memory card reader. Otherwise, you'll do anything!
