Hi,
If you see the message below:
This usually means two things:
1) You have installed the wrong software to your DSTT card, or installed it incorrectly.
See this guide for how to install the right kernel to your card
.
2) Your DSTT card is faulty - call the place you made your purchase and ask for a replacement.
